How long does delivery take?
Products in stock should arrive approximately 2 to 3 weeks after the purchase date. Delivery times are dependent on delivery location.
Where can you deliver to?
Delivery is available to most destinations.
What happens if my product is out of stock? Can I order a product that is out of stock?
If a product is not in stock our staff will email with estimated delivery time for products. Out of stock items may be placed on back order or cancelled.
How much is the delivery cost for unstretched canvas prints? Where can you deliver unstretched canvas to?
Unstretched canvas prints can be delivered to only most capital cities around the world for $15AUD. Delivery costs are subject to change.
How much is the delivery cost for 'ready to hang' stretched canvas prints? Where can you deliver 'ready to hang' stretched canvas prints?
Stretched canvas prints are available only in Australia and will be delivered to addresses in Australia $40AUD. Delivery costs are subject to change.
Who pays for import duties, taxes and so on?
International deliveries may be subject to local import duties and taxes, and may be affected by customs or exercise delays. All costs associated with importing goods are the responsibility of the Customer. Aurora Claudia Photography is not be liable for any duties, taxes or customs charges placed on the goods at the point of import.
What happens if my product is damaged during delivery?
Aurora Claudia Photography takes great care in the packaging of products and will not be responsible for any costs due to damage caused by or from freight. Aurora Claudia Photography will not be responsible for replacing goods due to damage caused by or from freight.
Can I exchange my product?
Goods may be exchanged. You may exchange your product within 30 days, only, of receiving the product. Customers are liable for all delivery charges for returned goods to Aurora Claudia Photography for exchange. Customers allowed to exchange only after the original product has been returned undamaged and with proof of purchase.
